A-HA! Loot Scaling! I knew there was another thing that got some people up-in-arms! (Check!)

Your purpose of playing the game isn't THE purpose of playing the game for everyone else. If someone's idea of fun is strolling through the game easily because of an overpowered skill, why would you pity them? They're having fun! Haha, it seems you'd get more pity from them seeing as you're sitting there lamenting the fact that they are having fun. Your question can only be answered by you, since your purpose for playing is not necessarily my purpose.

Woot another "GW is dying" thread, why don't the Q Q emo kiddies just quit and go back to listening to bad music about the hassels of being middle class, with no great trials to overcome.

And more importantly who the @#$% cares about overpowered PvE skills? what are the Mobs/AI complaining?

I support Ursan blessing. I actually support all pve skills. In my eyes, i have enjoyed playing through the game more with pve skills than i did without.

Not to mention things like making it such that anyone can get a low req max weapon (even mods!), that nothing other than a few farming builds were used and thus all other classes would never be made, and pretty much everything we see now as "killing the game".

Good things I played back before the game was killed - oh wait I started right after traders killed the player market and everyone left, played through the Great Inflation where the 105 monks caused prices to skyrocket and drive away the player base, the nerfing of prot bond and addition of dying nightmares making it such that people can no longer make money (and everyone left the game), AoE scatter made the game totally boring and everyone left (none to come back ever for that one), factions skill were so over powered that the game was dead, nightfall skills were so over powered the game was dead, PvE skills are overpowered so the game is dead, and more and more and more times than I can count that the game has totally died over an update.

Though miraculously, like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, GW is still around, still selling product, and still turning a fairly large profit. In fact, I see many of the same posters that rage-quits every month never to come back still playing, though they apparently hate every moment of it and would rather be at the dentist getting a root canal and three teeth pulled.

Of course, this time is different and how dare I bring the other times up. Yea, I know that has been said every time but this time it is *truly* different and you will never see people play the game again or even post.

In fact should GW ever be an actual success and have people play it then I suspect that the world is about to end.

You know what's worse than these useless apocalyptics threads?

People posting and commenting in it, parroting each other with "FAIl" "WHINE LESS", while they could ignore the whole.

About jumping sharks: It's getting a little ridiculous. Shows that run for one season are already branded with the dreaded "jumped" status before season 2 even begins. At least wait until a series is over before pointing out where it started to suck mkay?

lmfao, seriously, the only problem i have with ub is it defaming some of the harder titles to get with out it (vanquisher and etc.) but seriously, this is what anet calls the casual game players game, so if making titles easier to get is making it more casual then don't whine about it, you can still go on doing your titles traditionally, it's not like they wont still mean something to you, cause honestly, what it means to you is all that matters, NO one cares about what you do in a damned video game but you... cause every one knows, or at least according to everyone who fails at this game "if you own fow you ebayed it and if you gots a title you bearwayed it".

This is why ANET is ANET and smart an intelligent and the OP is just a selfish bassturd who wants everything to remain elitist. He/She doesn't realize the draw to people buying and continuing to play the game is for casual players who used to could not get to these high end areas. It's a solid improvement to the whole game when Anet creates a skill or skills that allow even the dumbest casual igmo to be able to play in these elite areas and get some of the good stuff. I applaud Anet for that. I was getting pretty sick of the elitist attitudes myself on here and other sites and within the game as well. Now bout the only elitist attitudes are the stupid GvG/pvp players. If we could stop balancing based on pvp we'd have ourselves a perfectly nice game here for everyone.

Good job Anet the game is getting better and better all the time. Especially when you open doors to players who couldn't get thru those doors before.
